Appointment Request

To schedule an appointment please call one of our offices. We do have a larger staff in the Woodbridge office and would prefer that most appointment requests be put through to that number or by accessing our Athena patient portal (ONLY for non-urgent visits) at the link posted on our website home page. 

If you are a new patient or expectant parent, please contact our Woodbridge office for information on scheduling a meeting visit or a prenatal/pre-adoptive visit. We only accept newborns that are siblings of current patients or newborns whose parents have contacted us and scheduled a prenatal visit prior to delivery. 

If your child requires an appointment during regular hours, please call one of these numbers during regular business hours. We do have a physician on-call at all times to answer any urgent or emergency questions you have about your child. Our physicians do not schedule appointments and will discuss what is appropriate management of your child's problem and refer you to call the office during regular business hours if he/she feels that an office visit is required. The physician may refer you to the emergency department if that is warranted. Our physicians will see urgent/sick visits on weekends/holidays if needed but routine visits are not scheduled on the weekends.

Please call during regular business hours for any routine calls, requests for refill prescriptions or any health forms that you may need.
